New seminar series to explore issues around Flexible Energy Delivery Systems

The Welsh School of Architecture and Cardiff University School of Engineering will be hosting a seminar series on the subject of “Flexible Energy Delivery Systems”. This forum will bring together students, researchers and practitioners to discuss issues and developments regarding flexible energy delivery systems. Prominent scientists and industry professionals will present their research and share their knowledge.

The first seminar, “Introduction to Flexible Energy Delivery Systems” will take place on Thursday 4th October. Professor G. P. Hammond, University of Bath will discuss, “The Distributed Generation: Evaluating the “Whole System” Energy and Environmental Performance of Micro-Generators”; Mr Paul Woods, Technical Director of AECOM, will then speak on the subject of, ” Delivering a Low Carbon Future With District Energy”.
